Former teacher turned illustrator Cass Barth is sharing her experiences with third graders at Demmitt Elementary School Monday, Sept. 26.

Barth illustrated a children's book entitled The Ocean Between Us. She talked to the students about how she drew her characters and how they changed throughout the book.
