The Vandalia-Butler City School District serves families of the City of Vandalia and Butler Township, a strong and vibrant community located north of Dayton, Ohio.

Our district continues to make extraordinary strides in providing a world-class education for our students.  Our teachers are committed to engaging our students in rigorous learning opportunities, while preparing them to perform in an ever changing, highly technical, global marketplace. This district recognizes that true educational excellence can only be attained by allowing our students to work with exemplary educators who are strong in both content and delivery.  To that end, our district hires only the best candidates available and works to ensure that our entire staff is well trained in the most current best practices in the profession.

Each and every day, we also strive to instill values and traditions that have made our community great for generations.  The strong partnership and support we receive from our community continues to inspire our students to excel in our classrooms, in our co-curricular activities, and in the many opportunities we offer to give back.  We offer many opportunities for our community to be involved in our schools. From Friday night football games to band and choir concerts to enjoying the works of our budding young artists, we offer many ways to see our students at their best.

Our students and staff are fortunate to have a community that values education and realizes that we all benefit from quality schools.  As a district, we value the feedback we receive from our community and encourage you to contact us with your thoughts, concerns, or questions.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time. You can reach me at 415-6415 or at Bradley.neavin@vbcsd.com.

We are Aviators!
